Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Constructor platform and related services (the “Service”) operated by Constructor (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One account may act in multiple capacities (for example, running your own projects and collaborating on another company’s projects).
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, interfering with normal operation, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the Service to violate any law or the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (projects, documents, messages, and similar). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to submit it.
4. Leads and proposals
The Service may surface property and project leads sourced from us or from third-party partners, and may let you submit proposals in response. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any lead, and submitting a proposal does not create a contract between you and any property owner or partner. Any resulting engagement is solely between the parties to it.
5. Payments
Where the Service facilitates payments, they are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). You agree to their terms in addition to these. We are not responsible for errors by the payment processor or for taxes arising from your transactions.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Certain provisions survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Constructor is established (to be specified), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
