Questions
- Who counts as a user?
- Your staff and your subcontractors. Homeowners are free and never counted, no matter how many people on their side you invite. Each project includes 10 people; after that each additional person is $24.90 per month on that project.
- What happens when a project finishes?
- Mark it complete and it stops being billed at your next renewal. The record stays fully readable forever — documents, approvals, messages and photos. You are never charged to keep your own history.
- Do subcontractors and homeowners pay?
- No. Creating an account, building a profile and joining a project are free. Only the builder who starts the project pays.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your billing settings. Existing projects stay readable; you just cannot start a new one until you subscribe again.
